Quick Summary: The LSS Notary Marketing Software is an ongoing subscription service, similar to Netflix or a gym membership. It is not a payment plan for a one-time purchase. You retain access to the software and its tools only as long as your subscription remains active.
We offer two simple ways to subscribe. Both options give you the exact same access to the CRM, automation tools, and marketing resources:
Monthly Plan: $97 charged once per month.
Annual Plan: $997 charged once per year (Saving you ~$167/year).
No. It is important to understand that these payments do not "pay off" the software.
Common Misconception: "If I pay $97 for 10 months, I own the software."
The Reality: The software is a live service. The fee covers the hosting, data management, and features for that specific period. If you stop paying, the service stops.
Think of it like a Utility Bill
You pay your electric bill every month to keep the lights on. If you pay your electric bill for 5 years, you don't eventually "own" the power company; you simply continue to get electricity as long as you pay the monthly rate.
You are free to cancel or downgrade your account at any time. However, there is a crucial distinction between your Data (your contacts) and the Software (the tool used to manage them).
Your contacts and leads belong to you, but they are hosted inside our software. If you plan to cancel, you must export your contacts to a CSV/Excel file BEFORE your subscription ends.
What you CAN keep: If you export your data, you walk away with a spreadsheet of your contacts, names, emails, and phone numbers.
What you CANNOT keep: You cannot keep the automation, the email templates, the funnel pages, or the ability to log in and view the dashboard.
Once your paid period ends:
Login Access: You will be locked out of the system immediately.
Data Access: Because you can no longer log in, you will not be able to view or download your contacts. (This is why you must export them first!)
Tools: All marketing automation, websites, and phone numbers associated with the account will stop working.

A: No. Since this is a subscription and not a debt, once you cancel, you are not charged again (unless you are on an annual contract that hasn't finished). However, you also lose access to the product immediately upon expiration.
Q: Can I reactivate my account later?
A: Yes, you can resubscribe at any time! However, please note that if your account has been inactive for a long period, your old data may have been purged from our servers to save space. It is always best to export your data before canceling, just in case.
