If you referred a new student to the course but you don't see their name on your Affiliate dashboard, there could be a number of reasons why.
#1. The person you referred may not have used your unique Affiliate link to purchase the course.
In order for you to receive credit for any new student enrollment, that student must have clicked on your specific Affiliate link in order to navigate to Loan Signing System's website and make their purchase.
If they do not use your link, our affiliate software does not have the ability to track their transaction and credit it to you.
#2. The person you referred may have already visited Loan Signing System's website BEFORE using your link.
The entire purpose of our Affiliate Program is to raise awareness about the course and bring NEW people to our website to learn how they can build a lucrative loan signing business. Each and every time you bring someone to our website for the very first time, you will get credit for their enrollment in the course... even if that enrollment takes place months later!
This is a fantastic feature of the Affiliate Program, as it increases your odds of getting credited for new student enrollments!
However, the flip side of that coin is they cannot visit our website on their own (without using your link) first... and then use your link to enroll in the course afterwards.
This voids your 'credit' in the eyes of the referral software because the person is no longer 'new' to Loan Signing System.
We understand how frustrating this can be. Unfortunately, Loan Signing System does not make the rules and cannot change them at this time, as a third party software is used to manage our Affiliate Program.

The sole mission of Loan Signing System is to help people build successful, lucrative, and life-changing loan signing businesses — the Affiliate Program is secondary, and at times even tertiary to that mission. It is for this reason that we strive to prioritize students' business growth and development, and not the technical service of Affiliate referrals/commission issues.
We recommend you keep your Affiliate link in an easily accessible place and try to be sure any new referrals do not visit Loan Signing System's website before using that specific link to do so.
