We often get asked, "I paid for the course, why am I being charged again?" It is important to know the difference between the Education and the Tools:
The Six Figure Course (Education): You have LIFETIME ACCESS to this. Once you pay for the course, you own the training materials forever. Canceling the software does not remove your access to the course videos.
The LSS Software (Tools): This is the engine that runs your business (website, email automation, CRM). This is a subscription service (like paying for internet or a gym membership). You only have access to these tools while your subscription is active.
Most students join the software via a Free Trial included with their course purchase:
4-Month Trial: (Usually included with the $347 course package)
6-Month Trial: (Usually included with the $547 course package)
Once that trial period ends, the system automatically transitions you to the standard Pro Plan at $97/month so your website and automations don't suddenly shut down. This is an ongoing subscription, not a payment plan for a debt.
If you are looking to lower your costs, you have two options available directly in your account settings.
If you aren't ready for the full automation suite but want to keep your account active, you can downgrade.
What you KEEP: Basic CRM features to store your contacts.
What you LOSE: Advanced automation, email marketing features, and the full Pro toolset.
You can cancel at any time. There are no cancellation fees.
What you KEEP: You retain Lifetime Access to the Six Figure Course and RON Course.
What you LOSE: You will immediately lose access to:

Weekly Coaching & Accountability Calls
Important: You will lose access to all your stored contacts and data.
Important: Export Your Data Before CancelingYour data belongs to you, but it is hosted on our platform. If you decide to cancel, you must save your data BEFORE you click the cancel button.
Export Contacts: Download your leads and client list to a CSV/Excel file.
Cancel: Once the subscription ends, you will be locked out of the dashboard and unable to retrieve this data.
You can handle upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations entirely on your own without waiting for support:
Log in to your LSS Notary Marketing Software account.
Go to Settings (bottom left menu).
Click on the Billing tab.
Select Modify Subscription to downgrade or cancel.
Frequently Asked QuestionsQ: If I cancel the software, do I lose the Six Figure Course? A: No. As long as your course payments are completed, you keep the educational course materials forever. You only lose the software tools and the live community support.
Q: Can I get a refund for the months I didn't use? A: The subscription pays for the availability of the service and hosting of your data, similar to renting an apartment. We generally do not offer refunds for past months where the account was open and hosting your data, even if you didn't log in.
Q: I thought I paid it off? A: The payments you made previously were likely for the Course. The $97/mo is for the Software hosting. They are two separate products that work together.
