Step 1: Open the Trust Center
Go to Settings in your account.
Click on Phone Numbers.
Then click the Trust Center tab.
Check that your Brand says Approved (green).
Step 2: Complete Campaign Detail
2.1 Messaging Use Case
Provide a Clear Description:
Detail the purpose of your SMS campaign.
Example:
"Sending appointment reminders to clients who have opted in via our website."
Include Sample Messages:
Provide at least two examples of the messages you intend to send.
Example 1:
"Hi [Name], your appointment is confirmed for [Date]. Reply STOP to unsubscribe."
Example 2:
"Thanks for signing up! Stay tuned for more updates."
3.2 User Consent
Explain Opt-In Process:
Describe how users give consent to receive messages (e.g., website form, SMS keyword).
Provide Opt-In Confirmation Message:
Example: "You have successfully opted in to receive notifications and promotional SMS from [Your Business Name]. Reply STOP to unsubscribe."
Include Support Information:
Example: "Reply HELP for assistance."
Step 3: Submit Campaign Registration
Review: Ensure all information is accurate and matches your Brand details.
Submit: Click Submit to send your Campaign for approval.
Step 5: Await Approval
Approval Timeframe:
Campaign approval may take up to 2–3 weeks, depending on application volume.
Confirmation:
Once approved, you will receive a notification, and your Campaign status will show as "Approved."
