I can't access the community

Follow these simple steps to access the Community Area and the Course:

Step 1: Navigate to the Community Section

• Scroll down to the “Community” tab in the main menu.

• Click on it to open the Community Area

Step 2: Join the Community

• If you’re not already logged in, log in with your account credentials.

• Once logged in, you’ll see an option that says “Join Community.”

• Click “Join Community,” accept the terms, and you’ll be successfully added!

Step 3: Access the Training Section

• After joining the community, head over to the “Training” section.

• You should now see the Course Area available to you.

• You’ll be logged in and ready to start learning.

Step 4: Troubleshooting Tips (if needed)

• If the course area doesn’t load properly:

  • Try logging out and logging back in.

  • Refresh the page or clear your browser cache.

That’s it! You’re now set up to participate in the community and access your course materials.
